A mixed experience at this location

The rooftop deck gave us space to enjoy the views of area.
The noise proofing was poor. I could hear people in other rooms, and it disrupt my sleep. The hotel's immediate surroundings felt unsafe at night because of the amount of people loitering around.

the location allowed easy walks to many places i noticed the staff was helpful with directions i thought the complimentary fruit water in the lobby was a refreshing touch after my outings the rooftop access offered a quiet space i enjoyed.

my room had a comfortable queen bed i noted the cleanliness was perfect fresh towels were provided daily plus i appreciated the air conditioning to keep cool inside the weather was warmer than expected.

i stayed at this hotel for several nights and i am very grateful. the provided shuttle service to the cruise ships made travel easier. the staff gave really helpful local recommendations. the rooms were really clean and had a comfortable bed.
the area around the hotel had a lot of homeless people. it, specially at night. security outside the hotel during the evenings was helpful. overall, it was not a very good experience.

the location worked wonderfully for exploring. Public transportation access proved easy. the staff were friendly. i found the room clean. i will recommend this hotel. i love how close it is to local attractions.
i had to replace my key card almost every day because it would stop working. it was a slight inconvenience.
